Meet our Executive Chef, Adam Sundin. Adam brings years of experience and creativity to The Club and is confident in his ability to “Wow” the palates of our membership. While still providing many of the menu favorites, we are looking forward to Adam putting his personal twist on the food and are certain he can provide exciting flavors to ignite your passion for dining at The Club.
Adam relocated to Meridian from Essex, Montana where he has been the Executive Chef at the Izaak Walton Inn for the last 2 years. Before his time in Montana, he was the Executive Chef for the Rochester Golf and Country Club in Minnesota and also spent 5+ years in Colorado at the Fort Collins Country Club. In total, Adam brings with him more than 20 years experience as a Chef and Kitchen Manager with many of those being at high end private clubs.
